If you have gone to Kopeng Resort, you should saw this mountain. This mountain lies in front of this resort. In the story of Puppet, Telomoyo was known as the Throne of Gods. It’s the reason why this mountain named Telomoyo, because if you came here, you would be brings to the situation as in heaven. While the mist passed this peak, you will felt that you’re in the land of upper of clouds now. As far your vision, just the clouds, there nothing visible underneath, just clouds. Cold, fresh, silent is the main situation here, there’s no loud voice can filled your ears, the sound will disappeared as soon as it produced. Maybe this is the reason why you’ll find young couples beside the only road to the top of this mountain, the beauty, the silent, like there’s no other in this heaven, just both of them.
This mountain located at Grabag, Magelang, Central Java. It’s about 30 km from Magelang on the way to Salatiga. This mountain was member of mountains line from Merapi, Merbabu, Telomoyo and Ungaran. If you don’t like get to top on foot, don’t worry, it has the road to the top of 1894 m, from sea level. You can reach this place by Salataiga or Magelang. From Salatiga, you must get direction to Kopeng/Magelang. From Magelang, to north east go in direction of Kopeng mount resort, after Ngablak Market, you must turn left straight through the hill. For about 5 km after, you would get in the Dalangan village; this is the gate of this Gods throne, Telomoyo. Get the ticket with Rp 2000,- to Rp 3000,- and you would be opened the gate by local youth who keep this gate.
While we’ve there, there’s some groups of scouts walk down this mountain and the other groups of child go up the mountain. This mountain is good for the person which’s hobby is hiking, the air so clear, you can smell the fresh pine tree, the wind blow slow with cool air, sometimes with mist, and the view was so beautiful because there’s no obstacle through the valley and the other mountain, like Ngandong. Down, the houses on the village like the toys you can rearrange, the rice field arranged so beautiful. But, the road must get attention because there’s many holes there, and if you careless not just the holes would beat you, because the ravine of road side would be ready to throw you to the valley.
On the top of this mountain, there are many antennas of communication. They’re belongs to Indonesian National Army, who’s the first operator place their equipments there, before the road to the top built, and PT Telkom for their microwave antenna. Here’s there’s no cliff of other material can reflect your voice, just the free air around. While you try to scream, you voice would disappeared immediately. Your ears felt pushed by the air. That’s why this place good for meditation, because there no loud sound can disturb you here. While the mist going across this peak, you just saw the white fog down, there’s no landscape you can see below, just white. It feels like you’re in the other world of this earth. Maybe this is the reason why local person called this mountain by Telomoyo the Throne of Gods.
In the other side of this mountain, there a waterfall called Sekar Langit, you must careful with this waterfall, because twice time it kill the tourist. Don’t play below, because the flow can increase immediately in the rainy season. 
But, this waterfall is good, fresh water flow down from this mountain. There one hot spring too in the Umbul Temple with its 35degress warm water. On the side of the road to the top of this mountain, its’ about 1 km from the peak, there’s a launching ramp for Hang Glider. You can fly with this non engine plane and landed at Rawa Pening, Ambarawa.
So, if you want to felt what the atmosphere of God’s throne is, visit this Mountain, and you will get bonus because from here, there other beautiful places either like Kopeng Resort, Ketep Pass, Kedung Kayang, the Agro Tourism of Strawberry near Ketep. I suggest you use the motorbike, because you will felt the fresh cold air cherish your skin and the clean air will fill your lungs.
